The new Ferrari 458 Spider is the first Prancing Horse mid-retractable hardtop of the engine, the 458 Italia sports car offers performance with the driving experience in the open. Cheerful and reliable enough to be driven every day, the new 458 spider's 4.5 V8 562 hp is Lietres driven. The drive is reasonably smooth and irregular streets.

With top-up the spider is essentially a hardtop, but after only 14 seconds for the key, it is a convertible. The new V8 coupe has a top two panels that comes in two folds, from horizontal to vertical, and fits in a small space behind the seats and in front of the engine. Time and attention to detail is everywhere and, for example, the 458 Spider hardtop weighs 55 pounds less than comparable soft-tops. Another interesting feature of the new Ferrari 458 Spider is the colon motorized window at the back, which rises like a wind deflector.
